We have an announcement to make
An agreement was contracted earlier this month, between Sedinvest Enterprises Ltd and the company Parabola Trading for promotional purposes of the project EPIAS22.
The project offers 16 luxury apartments while there is already an interest to buy. The architect of the project is Mr. Zenonas Zenonos, the man behind the imposing building of Wargaming.
Epias22 is on Aipeias Avenue in Engomi the project offers 16 luxury apartments while in this neighborhood, one mainly finds houses. The architectural proposal for the project comes from the very large size of the plot, the maximum effect of the building coefficient and its proper distribution.
The building is in four floors with luxury apartments (4 per floor), two of two bedrooms and two of three bedrooms. The distances from the building to the neighboring plots are too large (10m) offering comfort and protection to the owners. The design is centered around an internal garden with the flats circling the garden, leaving openings to the internal yard east and west.
The flats verandas create an interesting game with the sun and the light, leaving covered and uncovered areas different for each apartment. All the apartments have their own private botanic garden.
The fourth-floor flats have internal access to the roof, to a private garden and an entertainment area.
The project is defined by elegance and functional transparency with a big and comfortable parking space, discreetly submerged from the street level. In each flat there are two parking spaces.
On the border with the road there is a public green space creating a nice visual result and offering protection from the street.
The main entrance of the building has a comfortable lobby area which has direct access and contact with the central internal garden in which the elevator and the staircase are located.
The space has a natural air ventilation from the roof while being covered from the weather conditions. In a specially designed roof there are photovoltaics. The building is graded as energy consumption A and the material selected are of zero maintenance .
The investment is in total 7 million euros, something that shows the company’s’ commitment to offering a project of a high value and esthetics to the people of Nicosia. The construction works started at the beginning of the month and is scheduled to be completed within 18 months.
